RESERVATION POLICY
To make a reservation, you are required to pay 40% of the total. The remaining amount will be paid after you arrive in our premises. On the day of arrival, 100% of the total charge.Payment is made in cash.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. If the customer informs the company for cancellation 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded.
2. Cancellations from 59 up to 1 day after the date of arrival are not refunded and customers lose the amount of the deposit.
3. In case of cancellation during stay, client should compensate the company to 100% of the balance of the agreed period.
